Disagreements

So, I heard a very interesting fact yesterday that I would like to share with everyone (as well as implement in my own life): A pastor from long ago (his name escapes me) had a rule in his family about disagreements. It stated that one could only voice a disagreement with another as long they could first ACCURATELY state the other person’s position on an issue. He discovered that disagreements in his family were few and far between, as most disagreements and arguments stem from a misunderstanding of the other person’s case. Just thought I’d share that with you all. Hopefully it will help foster unity in your circles of influence. Consider this, and also take a look at Psalm 133:1, as well as 1 Corinthians 1:10. God bless!
